STATIC is an audio degradation plugin designed to corrupt, distort, and destroy sound. Inspired by the lo-fi aesthetic of broken technology, walkie talkies, and malfunctioning electronics, STATIC gives you the tools to transform clean audio into something gritty, textured, and alive.

At its core, STATIC chains together five destructive processors: a Clipper for hard and soft wave shaping, a Bitcrusher for digital decimation and downsampling, a Saturator with soft, hard, and tape modes for harmonic richness, a Filter for tonal sculpting, and a Pitch module for tape-style pitch degradation. Each effect is designed to be pushed hard, and together they create a signal chain capable of everything from subtle warmth to total sonic annihilation.
